what would be the effect on the atmosphere if all vehicles were hydrogen fueled?

The reason I ask is I’ve not seen any studies on the effect of hundreds of thousands of vehicles constantly pumping water vapor into the atmosphere. would a city like L.A. be enveloped in a perpetual fog and incessant rain? If all the vehicles in the world were hydrogen fueled, Would the world eventualy be under a blanket of clouds ? if so the clouds would block out light but would allow the UV rays to penetrate and heat the earth. The clouds would then act as a blanket and hold the heat in causeing the polar ice to melt and flood the world.Could this be possible?

How would I start a recycle program for work?

I work at Babies R Us and everyday the trash cans are filled with some many pieces of paper. The reason we use so much paper is because since we’re a baby store, we have a baby registry. It iritates me seeing so much paper being thrown away. How would I go about starting a recycle program for my job that people will follow?

Would Hydrogen Vehicles make the earth hotter?

Environmentalists claim that hydrogen vehicles don’t release any gasses that are harmful to the atmosphere. In fact, the only emmission is water vapor. But Water Vapor is BY FAR the most effective greenhouse gas there is. In fact, careful studies of scientific evidence show that Carbon Dioxide is ESSENTIAL to pleasant life on earth. CO2 could increase 4 fold and still not be detrimental to life on Earth. Other studies have shown that higher temperatures cause higher CO2 levels that walk step in step, but offset by 800 years.

So I don’t think CO2 is the problem. My question is, that if Water Vapor accounts for the highest percentage of the greenhouse effect, then why would we want to make a fuel taht releases more water vapor????????????
The key is the the TEMPERATURES cause the rises in CO2, not CO2 causes the rise in temperature!
Even Wikipedia who is a huge supporter of the environmentalist movement, admits that Water Vapor is the greates of all greenhouse gases:

What would happen to the water cycle if hydrogen-powered vehicles became ‘normal’?

Hydrogen powered vehicles might be fuelled by hydrogen derived from water (H20). The remaining oxygen would be a clean’ exhaust fume.

However, there is only a finite amount of water in the world – it is never created or lost, but exists in varying amounts of liquid, vapour and ice. If we started fuelling our vehicles with water, what would happen in the long term?

How much extra would you be willing to pay for a true zero emission automobile?

As you may know, even fuel cell cars will not be zero emissions because they will require electricity (which will probably be coal fired) to generate the hydrogen fuel. Now suppose you had the option to get hydrogen that was produced solely through solar energy. Assuming you had a fuel cell vehicle, how much extra would you be willing to pay for the zero emission fuel.

(To make it easier, let’s equate it to today’s gasoline prices. Personally I would probably go up to 8 dollars for the equivalent of a gallon of gas without much thought provided it was truly zero emissions. Beyond eight bucks I would have to think twice about it.
bicycle is not practical for everyone. Some people have kids and whatnot.

How easy would it be to convert a gasoline powered engine to a electric vehicle?

I would like to take a small car like the Geo Metro and convert it to a electric car? Or a small pickup like a Chevy S-10 and convert it..any ideas on how to do this? Where could I get parts to do this at and plans?

If a “Green Environmental Army” were being drafted by the people, would you join?
