Waste water agreement slows progress at Johnsonville’s Wellman plant, CEO says
JOHNSONVILLE — Officials with Wellman Plastics and Recycling LLC in Johnsonville said a new agreement with the city regarding its wastewater treatment plant has forced the company to “back off” its hiring plans in order to cover the additional costs imposed by the city.

have your electricity shut off, get rid of you car, and live like the pioneers did with kerosene lamps and a wood burning stove for heat? Better grow your own food too, all that packaging just adds more to the landfills. A cooler filled with ice could be used for food.
