Sally Benson, faculty director of Stanford’s Energy Seminar, gives a tour of the special Electric and Fuel Cell Vehicle Showcase held on April 7, 2010. Students, faculty and the general public attended the event, which was part of the weekly seminar series. The showcase featured alternative vehicles from Daimler, Honda, Pi Mobility, Tesla, Toyota, VW and AC Propulsion. The regular Energy Seminar is held Wednesdays at 4:15 pm in Building 420, Room 40, and is sponsored by the Woods Institute for the Environment, the Precourt Institute for Energy and Chevron.
