I know its eco-friendly and power to the green…but are these super tiny cars you see on the street safe?

category: Going Green

All Im saying is that these little tiny electric cars are a good idea when it comes to reducing pollution in the air….but what happens when these cars are involved in a major accident? Just say your cruising down the street in your tiny eco friendly car…and out of nowhere a bus slams in the side of you….you’re DONE…there’s really not much car to protect you…I mean I saw this one tiny car and the guy was damn near sitting on the dashboard with his head a couple of inches from the windshield…what protection does he really have if he looses control and slams into a light pole??? Do you agree or disagree…keep in mind I know people aren’t hauling ass down the streets in those things…but who’s to say how people are driving around you in these big SUV’s …740 ils….buses…oh god not to mention if a train hits it….

I agree with you. They aren’t any bigger than a golf cart,
are they? I wouldn’t want to be on the highway in one.

There is absolutely nothing to protect you!

You are wrong. Its not how big your car is its how well it is made that matter in an accident. I have seen small well build cars get into accidents with bigger cars and bigger cars were getting destroyed. and reading the last comment you made “oh god not to mention if a train hits it” If a train hits you, it doesn’t matter what car you are in you are dead.
