do car manufacturers really support eco-friendly vehicls?

category: Going Green

Are they really for green vehicles? or is it really for Public Relations purposes? ‘Cause if you think about it, if they developed this technology then sales would go to the eco-friendly cars rather than their petrol cars.

if they can make money on it and people are willing to buy them…they are all for it

    supply and demand

Your reasoning makes no sense. They’d just make more eco friendly cars and make money of those. It’s not like they rejected SUVs because they were stealing car sales. They just killed off coupes and station wagons and started making more SUVs.

They do now. Check out the gas prices man. They will stop producing suvs and trucks and start making cars that get Better milage per gallon. Yes, that includes eco-friendly cars.
