I called cuisinart for the terms of their “limited lifetime warranty” since they do not disclose the terms anywhere in print. I was told there basically is no warranty. You have to ship it to them, pay for return shipping, and they evaluate each pan to see why it failed. If it’s from use, too bad! You pay to ship it back to yourself.
That’s not very green when these have to be thrown out becasue the non stick surface is not guaranteed.
Calphalon One has a full lifetime warranty. That is what I will stay with because they have replaced my pans, no questions asked.

This is a great finish. Do wish it came in square and bigger, but it’s the only”eco-friendly” one I could find. Don’t even need to spray with anything. Hope they expand the line.

I have had a set of these pans for about a year now… Hands down, these are the best pans I have ever owned!! I have never had any problems with these pans – in reference to the bad reviews: no coating has come off and I cook with oil all the time and have had no problems with clean-up.
Some pans (like the grill pan) may have to be “soaked” a little to clean if you cook certain things (like greasy burgers or sausages with sugars in them) but other than that I haven’t had any problems.
They heat very evenly, so I always have great results. I love that eggs come out perfect every time.
As with ANY pan, just make sure you don’t leave utensils with plastic or silicone handles sitting against the edge – they will melt!
I use this pan the most out of the 4 that I have – very versatile! Well-worth the money paid – you would have to purchase multiple traditional non-stick pans to have the same kind of life span that these pans have! Much cheaper in the long run! :)

I love this pan. It is the perfect pan for frying two hamburgers as well as making crepes. It cleans up with warm water and a sponge, no sticking ever. I use it for omelets too and they come out perfect using no fat and also clean up great and easy.

***** I bought this pan as my “try me pan” at Bed,Bath & Beyond. I was so impressed with it after 6 months I bought the 12 in fry.
Friends also have bought them now and really give them a workout in the oven at very high temps. We all love them.
I have seen some very high end companies now using this coating, which Cuisinart has the patent on, called Ceramica.
Just remember it’s a nano ceramic coating so you can chip it,like Le Creuset cast iron enamel, if not careful.
Should last a liftime with proper care.
